Documentary archives of the artist’s estate acquisition in process at the John Paul Getty Art Museum Research Institute Library, Los Angeles with coordination of the Sam Francis Estate and the Sam Francis Foundation. Many of the artist’s papers and records are now housed at the Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles, California.
